Delivery methods & Locations
At our direct frame and print factory, we deliver high-quality artworks across Australia. Please note that our prices on the website are close to our cost, and do not include courier fees. Shipping costs range from $15 Melbourne metro areas to $50( base on different areas of different cities ) for larger boxes, depending on the size and courier limitations Rest assured, we pack each artwork individually in sturdy cardboard boxes with protective bubble wrap for safe delivery.

In the first 7 days, if you are not happy with your purchase, we will offer an exchange or refund.
Exchanges
The FULL AMOUNT of your item EXCLUDING SHIPPING will be credited toward your new item.
Refunds
For refunds, the amount paid for your item(s) will be refunded to your original payment method. Shipping is non-refundable. There is no shipping cost to return the original item.
After 7 days of receipt of your order, we are unable to process any returns or exchanges.
The workmanship of your canvas is guaranteed for 1 year. For any refunds or exchanges, please remeber to keep original corner protection cardboards.
Color Differences-Please note that due to differences in monitors, the colors you see on your computer may be slightly different on the print you receive. We print colors true to the artist’s specifications and cannot alter the original artwork.
